Heyyy yalllllllll. I'm Elexis Gianni and I'm the creator and founder of Giannis Corner aka Giannis Collection.

I was born and raised in Garland, TX and I've always had a passion for creating.

Just a little background - In 2019, we founded a nonprofit called 'This Just In...' and I was looking for a way to raise money without having to solely depend on donations. At the time I had already started making candles as a hobby and gifting them to family, and after praying about it, it seemed to make the most sense.

From there, I started sending candles to those who donated to our non-profit and after awhile I was asked if people could purchase them outright. In 2021, Giannis Collection was born.

Now a little insight on the children's books; I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Child Development and Family Living (throws up my Axe, ha!). I worked as a preschool teacher before moving over to tech, so my love for children's learning and literature has always been there.

I LOVE to read. LOOOOOOVEEE. I've had a passion for reading since I was a kid and I truly believe that your love for reading is cultivated at a young age. 

WE HAVE TO PRESERVE THE ART OF READING & COMPREHENSION.

I mean, There's something about picking up a book, and feeling the pages in your hands that make it... iconic. I remember reading books and collecting the stars on the pin to get free personal pans at Pizza Hut. Ha! IYKYK because those were the DAYS!

I literally have diary entries as a young kid pouring my heart out. The things I deemed as life-changing back then.

I'm blessed and beyond thankful for the creation and growth of Giannis Collection. I'm extremely blessed to be in business and because of that, I take pride in creating beautiful creations and providing excellent customer service. I pray anyone who comes in contact with me or any of my creations, has a remarkable encounter that leaves them feeling loved and inspired.

PS: It's truly amazing how time works. I wrote my first book 'Mommy's Little Sonshine' years before I even knew 'Giannis Collection' would be a thing.

Timing is key and EVERYTHING has a purpose. BE BLESSED.
